Confirmations
We will try to contact you to confirm your scheduled date but this is not always possible. Therefore please ensure that you confirm your school date and location 30 days in advance of the desired date with us by email or telephone.

Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you must cancel your school program the following will apply. If you cancel your program 60 days prior to your scheduled date or cancel a open date program you will receive a refund less a $150 administration fee. Refunds may take up to 60 days to process. While most other schools have a no show/no refund policy 45 days prior to the scheduled date we have come up with a better solution to cancellations. If you cancel your school spot less than 60 days prior to your school date you will not lose your money but you can reschedule for a $250 reschedule fee into the next date that fits your schedule. However you will be placed on a list that will allow any new enrollment to bump you out if the space is required until the next available space that fits your schedule. Programs canceled six months after purchase are non refundable.

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your date you need to do this at least 45 days in advance of your date. We will try our best to fill your spot and reschedule you but we will need at least 45 days notice.

A $250 reschedule fee and rescheduled to your convenience.

Payment Policy
To hold your scheduled school spot a 25% payment of the total school cost is required with the balance due 45 days before your scheduled date. This is to guarantee your spot. If you have paid your deposit with a credit card we will charge that credit card the balance of your invoice 45 days in advance of your school date unless otherwise notified.

School Cancelations
The student agrees that the school, its instructors and personnel shall have the right at any time, which they in their sole discretion may see fit, to cancel their enrollment in the school, either before, after, or during any particular lesson or stage, for any reason whatsoever, and without giving cause, and in such event the student shall be obligated to pay only for those lessons taken by student up to such date. The School reserves the right to cancel a school day. We suggest that all traveling clients obtain travel cancellation insurance as the school will not be responsible for uninsured plane tickets. If the school is canceled the school will pay up to $50 to the student for the cost of travel insurance on their plane ticket. If the school date is canceled by the school or track for whatever reason a full refund will be given to the student or the student may reschedule at no charge.

Guests
We welcome your guests but ask that you inform the head instructor of their presence. They are welcome to watch the school proceed but will be accommodated in a safe area away from the instruction and moving cars. Guests are not invited into the classroom session.

Test Drives
No refunds will be given for test drives once they have been scheduled

All inclusive Flight and hotel packages
All the all inclusive packages must be paid in full at time of purchase and are non-refundable.

Rain
Yes we run in the rain. Racing Adventures and Legend Motors Inc. reserve the right to change or alter these policies at anytime without notice. All disputes arising out of or in any way connected with this Waiver and Release or its subject matter and all disputes arising out of or in any way connected with the "Student's" participation in the "School" shall be resolved through arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada.
